  1. Service Centres :

    Toyota Service has its workshops spread all across Oman. In most locations, exclusive facilities catering to the service requirements of customers with regard to maintenance, mechanical repairs as well as body repairs are available. At major locations, Toyota Service outlets are now upgraded with global standards with 3S facilities for delivering Sales, Spare-parts and Service to customers.

  2. Mega Body Shop:

    Toyota Service has an ultramodern mega body shop in Muscat. This state-of-art-Mega Body Shop undertakes body repairs/ crash repairs in coordination with different insurance companies. The huge Mega Body Shop operation employs sophisticated assembly line repair systems.

Since its founding, Toyota has worked to provide its customers with outstanding quality service and vehicles. It achieves this by constantly training and support. Apart from this, dedicated staff collect feedback not only from customer but also dealers. Over the years, Toyota has actively enhanced its car servicing systems and improved its car servicing capabilities according to the '3S Spirit' (Seikaku, Shinsetsu, Shinrai:: Precision, Kindness, and Reliability). Toyota has also worked to expand its value chain to adapt to a highly competitive market.

Toyota Service offers several schemes for the benefit of its customers.

  1. Maintenance Reminder System: Toyota is totally dedicated to the safety of its customers and the dependability of its vehicles. For this, proper vehicle maintenance is critical. That is why Toyota has adopted a no-cost Maintenance Reminder System (MRS) to keep a Toyota performing at its best with coverage of factory-recommended maintenance. The MRS automated system reminds customers via:
    • SMS
    • Telephone call

    The customer friendly marketing staff from Toyota Service branches contact and help the vehicle owners to understand service requirements and book appointments as per their convenience. Customers can also contact any of Toyota Service outlets and book their appointment between 0830 - 1730 hrs during working days of the week. Customers can now download the 'Toyota Oman' Mobile App available in Google Play Store / Apple Store and use it to book vehicle's service appointment and also experience its other features too.
  2. Express Maintenance:

    Toyota Service offers Express Maintenance at most of its outlets, which can be availed with prior appointments. Toyota Service expects customers to book prior appointments to avail Express Maintenance benefits. Most of the preventive maintenance service requirements of Saloon vehicles can be completed in 60 minutes and that for 4WD vehicles in 90 minutes. At major locations, plush customer lounges are provided from where the customers can see the jobs being carried out, while they relax.
  3. Manufacturer's Warranty:

    Toyota Motor Corporation supplies products of exceptional quality to customers. Toyota's manufacturer's warranty supports all vehicle owners, for a period of 3 years / 1, 00, 000 kilometres (whichever is earlier) from its first date of delivery under normal use, which enhances customer satisfaction, trust and helps the customers to enjoy the Toyota brand. Warranty coverage is transferable to subsequent vehicle owners. For details, please refer to warranty booklet provided to you with your vehicle.

  4. Extended Protection Scheme:

    This is a unique plan offered at the time of sale to the eligible customers, providing their vehicle with Extended Protection from sudden mechanical and electrical disorders. The program benefits kick in after the vehicle warranty is over and is available to customers for up to six years from the date of delivery of vehicle without any mileage restrictions. However, to avail the benefits under this program the customers must completely service their vehicles as per manufacturer's recommendations at any Toyota Service outlets in Oman.

  5. Value Added Services:

    Toyota Service has introduced several car care services. Some of these products help preserve the impressive external looks for years and others work as vehicle/ engine performance enhancers. These value added services can be availed at Toyota Service counters when the vehicles are reported for their regular preventive maintenance/ services.

    External appearance enhancers – The products listed below increase the pride of ownership.

    • Long Life Body Coating – Preserves the new look of your car body paint and provides outstanding body protection and anti-fading effect on the vehicle body.
    • Leather cleaning and protection– Provides amazingly clean and non-slippery seats.
    • Head light polish – To correct faded headlights and restore shine.
    • Tyre Coating– Prevents from tyre aging and gives a good new look.
    • Wheel Coat– Keep your wheels looking their best for a long time.
    • Under body coat- Protects under chassis from external influence and prevents surface corrosion.
  6. Vehicle Performance Enhancers:
    • AC Evaporator Cleaner and blower motor servicing- Protects from bacteria/ germs & cleans accumulated dust/dirt. Supplies fresh and clean air inside the cabin.
    • Fuel Injector and Throttle body cleaner- Cleans fuel lines, fuel injector nozzles and removes carbon deposits from the fuel passages inside throttle body.
    • Nitrogen Filling- Tyres run cooler, Improves fuel economy and protects rim from surface corrosion
  7. Kizunax

    This is a process of getting the minor body scratch repairs done while vehicles are inside the workshop for regular preventive maintenance/ services. Customers can get minor body scratches, dents etc removed through Kizunax during their current visit itself (Please note that some services may be available at select locations).
  8. TOYOTA MOUSBAQ - PRE PAID SERVICE PACKAGE :

    Prepaid Service packages are offered to customers for taking care of vehicle preventive maintenance requirements, which can be customised based on the owners and vehicle's requirements. With Toyota Mousbaq - Prepaid Service Package, customers need not worry about future price hikes and can enjoy hassle free services. While most customers opt for the services 40,000 kms or 50,000 kms service packages, all customers have the option of selecting the service package best suitable for their use under guidance from trained service advisors.

  9. Extended Service Interval:eBrochure

    Toyota Service has introduced 10,000 kms service/ 1 year (whichever is earlier) interval option for all petrol Toyota vehicles delivered to individual private customers. The enhanced Toyota service interval brings to Toyota customers, a complete peace of mind with a reduction in vehicle ownership cost. This also offers customers a great saving potential, less vehicle visits to workshops and reduced vehicle off road time.

    Now, all existing owners of Petrol Toyota vehicles have the option of switching over to 10,000kms/ 1 year (whichever comes first) periodicity service interval and also buy service packages matching to their vehicle requirements.   1. Toyota Thiqah is a uniquely rewarding service loyalty program specially designed for Toyota vehicle owners in Sultanate of Oman. Customers can enrol for Toyota Thiqah Loyalty program at any of Toyota Service outlets, for your Toyota vehicles. Once a customer becomes a Toyota Thiqah member they can benefit from outstanding rewards, in addition to the peace of mind, whenever they service their vehicle or buy spare parts at a Saud Bahwan facility - anywhere in Oman. The points obtained are then redeemed on the next visit for service.

  1. Toyota Tamin is a unique product developed in partnership with Al Ahlia Insurance Company to provide a comprehensive insurance coverage for your Toyota vehicles.

    Toyota Tamin offers customers highly rewarding features like Toyota dealer repairs, without any depreciation for the vehicles up to 7 years from its first registration, free UAE coverage, a free AAA card which offers free Road side assistance against any mechanical and electrical breakdowns, all at a competitive price. Toyota Tamin customers can be assured of the usage of Toyota Genuine spare parts, no additional depreciation payment and better resale value.

Easy Payment Plan:

You can now avail Easy Payment Scheme on your big ticket purchases of above OMR 100/- at Toyota Service. Easy Payment Plan is available only on Bank Muscat Credit Card for the purchases of Services, Value added services, Repairs, Service packages etc and you can pay it in 12 interest free monthly instalments.   1. SME and Large fleet operators have unique service requirements with regard to their vehicle maintenance. For such customers, Toyota Service has a separate team of experts. The team also assists corporate clients for the maintenance of their fleet vehicles, offers consultation for reducing cost of ownership etc. Toyota Service also customizes service packages to take care of comprehensive vehicle maintenance of such clients including service and repairs, except tyres, battery & body repairs.
