Toyota Oman Mobile App connects customers with various Toyota products and services provided by Saud Bahwan Automotive, the sole distributor for Toyota in Oman. The App provides information about latest models as well as various service offerings, including ongoing offers and provides customers a convenient two way communication platform.

New product information: The customers will be able to see different products available and their key features.

Toyota Service Network: This will provide the information about the Toyota branches along with the available in the contact information of 24x7 helpline, Reception In charge, email ids etc. This will help the customers to locate and contact Toyota Service, including body shops. On enabling the GPRS, the App will also help and navigate the customers to reach to their preferred service branch.

Appointment Request: The customers can place a request for appointment for the service of their Toyota vehicle at any of Toyota branches at their preferred date and time slot and receive a confirmation.

Warning Symbols: Provide the information about warning symbols available in instrument cluster of a Toyota vehicle. It also guides the customers to refer and take appropriate actions in case the symbol glows while driving. In addition Current Offers, Useful Tips, Car Locator feature which help the customers to locate their vehicle or a specific spot of interest. Fuel station locator is another interesting feature that customers can use and benefit.

My Garage: Customers can list vehicles their ownership here. On the basis of service requirement, they can select the vehicles directly from here and raise a request for service appointments at their selected branches.
